Frequently Asked Questions
1. I just ordered a product on your website, how long will it take for me to receive it?
We ship out all of our orders on Wednesdays. Standard shipping times will vary depending on where you are in the world.
If you order a custom product, once your order is placed, it typically takes 6 weeks for your order to be completed (+standard shipping time). We appreciate your patience and promise the wait will be worth it! :)
2. How can I take care of my Dreamers & Fools wooden product?
First and foremost, we make functional art. This art is meant to be used! The natural wear and tear of any of our products, especially when used amongst the elements, is totally normal. However, to avoid any discoloration to the wood, store your wooden product in a cool, dark place, away from direct sunlight. Avoid contact with water and spot clean any stains with a damp cloth/paper towel.
3. I have received my product and it was damaged, what can I do?

4. Do you have a warranty available on your products?

5. What type of wood do you use?
Great question! We use a variety of wood for our goods: Poplar, Pine, Douglas Fir, Redwood are currently in our stock pile. We prioritize using reclaimed wood and only on occasion will make a trip to the lumbar yard.

5. What type of finish do you use to seal & protect your wood?
We use a non-toxic, food safe, environmentally-friendly tung oil finish to seal and protect our products.
